Turning Blocks - Ancient & Pre-ban Ivory

For carving and lathe turning work we offer ivory turning blocks and rods in pre-ban elephant ivory (PBE) and, at times, in fossil mammoth ivory (FMI ). These are ideal for making pens, drawer pulls, decorative finials, miniature goblets, knobs, etc. Please see our "Material Working Tips " page for helpful hints on turning and polishing techniques.
